Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BRG) has advised that filing of BRG’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019, due February 29, 2020, will be delayed and will be filed on/before March 6, 2020.
BRG further advised that its exceptional late filing is due to additional time needed to complete the audit, which has resulted from the migration to a new software system in September 2019.
