Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BRG) has advised that due to challenges faced by the novel Corona Virus or COVID-19 and various local restrictions, this serves to advise that the filing of Berger’s Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2020 on due date April 30, 2021 will be delayed till June 11, 2021.
The company expresses its appreciation to the JSE for the 45-day extension offered to it and all listed companies.
The public will also be advised by way of a notice in the local print media.
