Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BGR) has advised that their Bord of Directors passed a resolution that Mr. Craig La Croix be appointed as Director of the Company to fill the casual vacancy created by Aneal Maharaj, who resigned from the office of Director. The appointment is effective December 20, 2019.
