Berger Paints Ltd. (BRG)- Resignation

Mr. Pramesh Narain Khanna has tendered his resignation from the Board of Berger Paints (Ja) Ltd. with effect from February 9, 2004. However, the Board have appointed Mr. Gokul Manjeshwar to fill this casual vacancy and this appointment will be ratified at the next AGM.
