At a Board meeting it was resolved that the annual general meeting of the company be held on Friday, June 25, 1999 at 2:30 p.m. at the Hilton Kingston Hotel and that it be recommended to shareholders that a dividend of eighteen cents per ordinary stock unit be paid in respect of the year ended December 31, 1998. The record date is July 13, 1999 and the payment date is August 9, 1999.
