The Board on February 21, resolved that the Annual General Meeting be held on May 5, 2003, at 12:00 noon at the Knutsford Court Hotel 16 Chelsea Avenue, Kingston 5.
The also recommended to the AGM that a dividend of 20.9 cents per stock unit, be paid in respect of the year ended December 31, 2002 to stockholders on record as at May 21, 2003, which dividend will be paid on June 13, 2003.
