Berger Paints Ltd. (BRG)- Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 16, 2006 the following resolution was passed:

“That at the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company, a final dividend of 10 cents  be paid on July 31, 2006 to stockholders on record as at July 7, 2006.”
