At a meeting held on Monday, February 9, 2004 the following resolutions were passed:
“That the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Thursday, April 22 2004, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, 77 Knutsford Blvd, Kgn 5.”
And
“That a dividend of 20 cents per ordinary stock unit, be paid in respect of the year ended December 31, 2003 to stockholders on record as at May 7, 2004 which dividend will be paid on May 31, 2004.” The XD date is May 5, 2004.
