Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL) has advised of the Basis of Allotment to subscribers of the issue of Sagicor Select Funds Limited (Class C – Sagicor Manufacturing and Distribution Select Fund) Ordinary Shares, as follows:
“The Offer made subject to the Prospectus of Sagicor Select Funds Limited (Class C – Sagicor Manufacturing and Distribution Select Fund), dated October 30, 2019 closed on December 4, 2019. A total of 5,287 applications totaling 2,716,612,000 units or a value of $2,714,878,880.00 were received.
“The Prospectus outlined two (2) Reserved Share Applicants and a General Pool. The methodology and allotment of ordinary shares are as follows:
Reserved Share Applicants
1. The Sagicor Employee Shares
These applicants were allocated 100% of the amounts applied for.
2. The Broker 18 Clients and Sagicor Group Directors
These applicants were allocated 100% of the amounts applied for.
General Public Pool
These applicants were allocated 100% of the amounts applied for.”
