Methodology for allotment of Ordinary Shares
- Reserve Shares
a. Applicants in the Employee Reserved Shares Pool will receive full allotment.
b. Applicants in the Existing Seprod Shareholder Reserved Shares Pool will receive full allotment.
c. Applicants in the Lead Broker Pool will receive full allotment.
2) General Public
Subscribers from the General Public will receive up to the first 5,000 units fro which they applied. The balance greater than 5,000 units were allocated approximately 16.56%.
