Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that Mr. Matthew Hogarth has resigned his position as a member of BIL’s Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Conduct Review Committee, effective March 31, 2021. Mr. Michael Hylton will replace Mr. Hogarth as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Conduct Review Committee, the Company further advised.
“Mr. Hogarth has contributed significantly to the Company’s Board and Committee discussions and decisions over the tenure of his directorship.
“We thank Mr. Hogarth for his service and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” stated BIL.
