Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that the Company has been granted exemption from the registration of a prospectus or offering document for the issue of up to One Hundred Million (100,000,000) preference shares at J$10.00 per share. The holders of these shares will not have the right to vote at any general meeting of the Company.
