Barita Investments Limited (BIL) had advised that a meeting of the Board of Directors of BIL would be held on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 to consider a resolution for the declaration of an interim dividend.
BIL has advised that a decision was made to defer the tabling of the resolution for consideration by the Board until Friday, August 13th, 2021.
