Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that their Board of Directors met on March 8, 2019, and passed a Board Resolution for an interim dividend of $0.82 per stock unit to be paid on April 12, 2019, to shareholders on record as at the close of business on March 22, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is March 21, 2019.
This dividend applies to shares held as at March 22, 2019 and does not include any additional shares acquired in the Rights Issue.
