Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that a meeting of their Board of Directors scheduled of July 23, 2020, to consider a resolution for the declaration of an interim dividend was deferred.
BIL further advised that a decision was made to defer the tabling of the resolution until the next Board meeting to be held on Friday, August 7, 2020, at which time the resolution will be tabled for consideration.
