Note: The Jamaica Stock Exchange has been notified of an order made by the Supreme Court dated 25th July 2014 in Claim No 2014 CD 00036 which has restrained the Defendants including Access Financial Services Limited until judgment is given in the claim from removing Mr Marcus James as CEO and further stating that noting in the order is to be understood as preventing Mr James from exercising his role and function as CEO
