Access Financial Services Ltd – Resignation of Director

Access Financial Services Limited has advised that Mr. Gary Peart has resigned with immediate effect as the Shareholder Director for Mayberry West Indies Limited (MWIL) on the Board of Access Financial Services Limited. Pursuant to Article 76 of the Articles of Incorporation of Access Financial Services Limited, shareholders holding at least 20% of the issued capital of the Company are entitled to appoint one Shareholder Director. MWIL has sold its shareholding to Proven Investments Limited, which now owns in excess of 20% of issued capital and therefore Mr. Christopher Williams has been appointed by that Company to sit on the Board of Access Financial Services Limited.
