Access Financial Services Ltd (AFS) has advised that due to continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a delay in the submission of the audited financial statements of AFS for the year ended March 31, 2020.
“The challenges of the pandemic have regrettably resulted in the delay of the completion of the audited financial statements due primarily to the work from home orders from the authorities which have affected team members and external auditors alike,” advised AFS.
The Company anticipates the submission of its audited financial statement on or before June 30, 2020, in keeping with the extension given by the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
