Access Financial Services Limited (AFS) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Christopher Williams from his position as Director and the appointment of Mrs. Nerisha Davis Farquharson as Director effective January 27, 2022.
Mr. Williams served as a Non-Independent Director between January 2015 and June 2020 and as Board Chairman between June 2020 and June 2021. In June 2021, Mr. Marcus James assumed Chairmanship and Mr. Williams resumed the position of Non-Independent Director. During his tenure, Mr. Williams provided strong support and strategic leadership and demonstrated consistent passion for the growth and development of the Company.
Mrs. Davis Farquharson brings a wealth of experience to the Board as a Chartered Financial Analyst with extensive experience in the financial sector. She is currently the Vice President- Treasury and Private Equity at Proven Management Limited. She holds an MBA in International Business from the Mona School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder from the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.
