Access Financial Services Limited (AFS) has announced the appointment of Mr. Marcus James as Executive Chairman of the Company, effective June 3, 2021. He takes over the role of Chairman from Mr. Christopher Williams, who remains a Director of the Company.
Consequent to these changes, Mr. James Morrison, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed Lead Independent Director.
With Mr. James’ appointment, Frederick Williams has been promoted to CEO with direct responsibility for the execution of expansion and acquisition strategies and maximizing synergies across the Group.
