The Board of Directors of Access Financial Services Limited has advised that at a meeting held on July 15, 2010, the following decisions were ratified:
1. PriceWaterhouseCoopers be appointed the Company`s independent internal auditor and
2. BDO Marwilmac Partners be appointed the Company`s external auditor.
