Suzette began her tenure with the Jamaica Stock Exchange Group in 1999 and was appointed IT Manager in 2003. In this position, she plays a strategic role in ensuring that a stable and secure infrastructure is available for the support of the organization’s business strategies and the provision of its service portfolio. She also manages IT related projects, the cybersecurity governance program and most importantly guiding the operations of the technology department while ensuring the delivery of IT services that enables the Stock Exchange to be positioned to take advantage of emerging trends and technology.
She is supported by an excellent team of IT Administrators, Developers and Analysts. Suzette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing with Management Studies from the University of Technology, Jamaica and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, USA. In addition, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is also certified in ITIL v5.3 Foundation. She is currently pursuing the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
