In April 2018, Ms. Andrea Kelly was appointed General Manager of the Jamaica Central Securities Depository (JCSD) and the JCSD Trustee Services. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the board.
Ms. Kelly joined the JSE Group in June 2015 as Manager, JCSD Trustee Services Limited. She was charged with the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the unit and implementing initiatives that would allow the division to achieve its strategic objectives.
Prior to June 2015, Ms. Kelly was the Assistant Manager, Investments, Operations and Securities Settlement at MF&G Asset Management Limited. Her experience spans areas such as Pension Administration, Trust Services, Life Insurance and Securities Trading.
Andrea Kelly is the holder of an MBA from Heriot Watt University and a BBA(Hons) in Accounting from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
