GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that Ms. Gail Moss-Solomon has been appointed to the position of Chief Corporate Secretary/General Counsel for GK effective April 1, 2017, replacing Mrs. Karen Chin Quee Akin who will be retiring from the Company as of March 31, 2017.
GK expressed thanks to Mrs. Chin Quee Akin for her “stellar Contribution” to the GraceKennedy Group during her 13 years of service.
