Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that the Company has put in place an Alternate Director on the Board of Directors in the absence of Mr. George (Paul) Cooper who will be out of the island for a least eighteen (18) months.
The Alternate Director is Mr. Christopher Issa of Spanish Court and other tourism endeavours, who has accepted BIL’s request to act on Mr. Cooper’s behalf.
