1)  Resignation

Rev. Denzil Barnes, Hon. Shirley Tyndall, Mrs. Marjorie Campbell, Mr. Easton Douglas, and Mr. George Duncan

2)  Appointment

Mr. Louis Williams, Miss Joy Douglas, Mr. L. L. (Laurie) Ventour, Miss Marcia Ward and Mr. Alston Douglas

A new Audit Committee will be selected at the next Directors Meeting to be held on Monday, January 28, 2008
