Palace Amusement Company Limited (PAL) has advised that Director, Christine McMorris has resigned from the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Finance Committee effective May 20, 2016.
PAL has also declared that they have no knowledge whatsoever that would conclude that Ms. McMorris’ resignation was related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any material issue impacting on the Audit or Finance committees or the member’s ability to properly carry out the function designated by the Board.
