Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) – Special offer to Shareholders

Kingston Properties Limited (KPREIT) has advised that the Board of Directors has approved a special offer to shareholders of KPREIT with effect from July 1, 2016. Shareholders of KPREIT will benefit from a 15% discount on room rates for short stays at our units held at the W Fort Lauderdale, in Florida. The discount applies only to the room rate and all other charges will be to the account of the guest.
