Radio Jamaica Limited (RJR) has advised that a connected party sold 200,000 RJR shares on April 18, 2015.
RJR also advised that the trade was executed to achieve compliance with the Company’s 10% restriction on shareholding in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation and fulfilling the provisions of the Scheme of Arrangement between Radio Jamaica Limited and the former Gleaner Company Limited.
