Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of US$0.0010 per share unit. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican dollars will receive the equivalent of JS$0.1217 per share. The dividend payment will be made to ordinary shareholders on March 16, 2016 and on record as at March 2, 2016. The ex-dividend date is February 29, 2016.
