Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has advised that the company will not be submitting its quarterly unaudited report for the period October to December 31, 2015 within forty-five days but instead will opt to submit its annual audited financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2015 within sixty days of the end of the period.
