1834 Investments Limited (1834) has advised that its Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2017, which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by February 14, 2018 are delayed.
“The company has engaged a new accounting firm to provide its financial statements and additional time was required to complete the transition.
“1834 is making every effort to have its third quarter financial statements submitted by March 5, 2018 and will be advising its shareholders by way of a statement in the print media,” the Company stated.
