1834 Investments Limited (1834) 1834 has advised that its unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending June 30, 2019, which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by August 14, 2019, have been delayed.
1834 advised that additional details related to new IFRS 9 accounting standards implemented as at March 31, 2019 year-end were required to complete the first quarter’s accounts, which resulted in the delay.
The Company anticipates that the financials will be submitted by August 30, 2019 and that the shareholders will be advised by way of a statement in the print media.
