1834 Investments Limited (1834) has advised that its Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2018, which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by February 14, 2019, are delayed.
1834 further advised that every effort is being made to have its third quarter financial statements submitted by March 29, 2019 and that the shareholders will be advised by way of a statement in the print media.
