1834 Investments Limited (1834) has advised that its annual report for the year ended March 31, 2019 which was due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by July 29, 2019 is delayed.
1834 further advised that the delayed completion of the company’s audited year-end financial statements has contributed to a corresponding delay in the production of the annual report.
1834 also advised that it’s making every effort to have an electronic copy of its annual report available by August 30, 2019.
