$15.2 Billion Raised on the Markets since 2018

Everything Fresh Limited (EFRESH) is the second company to list ordinary shares on the JSE Junior Market in 2018, increasing the total listed companies in that market to 36. Including EFRESH, the number of securities listed on the Junior Market will increase to 41. The total number of companies listed on the JSE will increase to 73 and the total number of securities listed will increase to 106. Including the $390 million raised by EFRESH, a total of $15.2 billion has been raised in 2018 on the Markets of the JSE.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Marlene Street Forrest, Managing Director of the JSE, stated, “I wish once again to congratulate Everything Fresh bold move in listing these securities and you are indeed a testament that the market values small and medium sized business and are willing to invest in the real economy. Let me again congratulate the persons who helped the Company to raise the funds and list on the markets. Let me encourage you to use the market for other fund raising ventures when the need arises. I wish to take this time to remind other companies that there are opportunities right now for companies to take advantage of the JSE, this efficient and effective platform to list different types of securities. As we list these securities, investors, our government and companies in all sectors can enjoy these avenues of wealth creation.”

Mr. Gregory Pullen, Chairman of Everything Fresh, thanked all the persons who were involved in the listing and for the confidence the new shareholders had in the Company. He told the audience that Everything Fresh had put together a very effective team of professionals to ensure that the company is not only well run but compliant with the regulatory standards that are required of a listed Company. He went on to state, that it was worthy to note that Everything Fresh did not compete with local farmers, but import products that were not produced in Jamaica and Everything Fresh was gearing up to enter the export market.”

Mr. Andre Tulloch, Chief Regulatory Officer (Acting), Regulatory and Market Oversight Division (RMOD), in presented the rules of the Junior Market to Everything Fresh Company Secretary, stated that the Junior Market was 100% compliant in the filing of their Annual Reports for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018.

Miss Lamar Harris CEO of Stocks & Securities Limited, congratulated Everything Fresh for taking the decision to list on the Junior Market. She invited more companies to do the same, in order to allow for more goods and services to be produce and more employment and grow our country.
