138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) has advised of the resignation of Mr. Kingsley Thomas as a director and member of the Audit Committee effective November 3, 2015. 138SL also advised that Mr. Thomas’ resignation as a member of the Audit Committee was not due to a disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or the member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
