138 Student Living Jamaica Limited wishes to advise that there will be a delay in submission to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) of its Annual Report for the year ended September 30, 2021 due to delays experienced by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. 138 SL intends to submit its Annual Report on or before February 14, 2022 in keeping with the 45 days extension granted by the JSE to all listed companies.
