138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) – Cumulative Preference Shares Dividend Payment

138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) has advised that in accordance with the Terms of Issue of the Cumulative Redeemable Floating Rate Preference Shares 2044 as detailed in Schedule II of the Prospectus which was issued on 18^th December 2014, the board resolves that the dividend accumulating since the date of Issue and continuing up until the fourth (4^th) anniversary of such date be computed at the Agreed Rate on the Issue Price of each Preference Share and paid by December 18^th, 2018 to each registered holder on register as of the record date of November 7^th, 2018.
