JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has issued a statement to shareholders regarding the absence of an Annual General Meeting for 2015 because of the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement, approved in 2014 by JMMB. With this implementation, JMMB’s sole shareholder became JMMBGL and by extension, ordinary shareholders of JMMB automatically became a shareholder of JMMBGL.
This change means that JMMB will convene an Investor Briefing instead of an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board of Directors of JMMBGL invites all shareholders to the JMMB Investor Briefing, to share the financial results for the year ending March 31, 2015 and to give updates on their strategic initiatives.
The Investor Briefing will be on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel starting at 10:30 a.m.
