The Board of Directors of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited, at its Board meeting held on September 26, 2012, declared its second interim dividend for the year 2012 in the amount of $0.57 per stock unit payable on October 29, 2012 to stockholders on record as at October 11, 2012 with a ex-dividend date of October 9, 2012. |
