GraceKennedy Limited has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting held February 28, 2012, the Board noted that the appointment of Mr. Douglas Orane as Executive Chairman will come to an end on June 30, 2012. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Douglas Orane as Non Executive Chairman of the Company, with effect from July 1, 2012 for a period of eighteen (18) months. |
