First Caribbean International Bank has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on December 9, 2011 it was resolved that a final dividend of US$0.0150 cents for the year ended October 31, 2011, be paid to the shareholders on record on December 13, 2011 payable on January 27, 2012 for the Company.
